The number of videos that can be published is based on your Vimeo membership.
Viewers can view, download, and share videos in the folder they've been added to. Contributors and Admin team members can access Create when switched into their team accountto manage videos on their team accounts. Videos made with Create cannot be longer than 10 minutes. Learn more at ' How do I access and customize the Brand Kit?'. Account Owners and Admins with access to the Brand Kit can upload design elements to meet their organization's brand guidelines. Learn more at 'How do I access and customize the Brand Kit?' The Brand Kit is only available to Vimeo Standard and higher, Pro and higher, or Enterprise members. Stock media is only available to Vimeo Free, Starter, Standard, Advanced, Pro, Business, Premium, and Enterprise members. Free and Basic users do not have access to Stock media, certain templates, and the Brand Kit. 
It allows you to easily and quickly create your own video from stock videos, photos, and personal videos.
